- This is a weekly paid position. This position requires no experience, but you must speak fluent and proper english.
- There are daily bonuses and you will be paid for training which is a simple training course.
- Go over recent changes to customers packages and send call over to upgrader and verification.
- Average checks range from $600-$1100 a week. Top earners make $1500-2000 a week. This is a base vs commission position.
- Responsibilities
- Handle calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Provide accurate information.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and knowledge of our customer service departments.
- Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
