Benco Dental is seeking a detail orientated, highly motivated, and talented Learning & Development Intern for the Spring 2026 semester, who is interested in understanding and experiencing Learning & Development (instructional design) in a very busy HR Department supporting company-wide training.

The Learning & Development Intern will perform a combination of project-based and learning center administrative functions. This position will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the Learning & Development functions including :

The base pay range of $12 / hour represents the the hiring pay for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
