Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Veterinary Medical Director to lead our collaborative, high-performing team in our privately owned, full-service hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who thrives on mentorship, clinical excellence, and leadership in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
With a team of 7 skilled DVMs and robust support staff—including 1–2 dedicated Room Nurses per doctor—our practice is designed for both efficiency and high-quality patient care. We are open 7 days a week to better serve our community, and we're looking for a leader who can help guide our clinical vision and support professional growth across the team.
Our DVMs are highly experienced in a variety of services including reproduction, orthopedic surgeries and acupuncture. Our hospital is fully equipped with in-house laboratory, digital radiography, full anesthesia monitoring, and a fully equipped surgical suite. We recently completed a full remodel of the practice including upgraded equipment and technology, additional exam rooms, and a Pet Resort. We offer full benefits and competitive compensation - ranges are $150-300+ annually DOE.
