Practice Highlights

• Location: 293 Bridge Street, Suite 427, Springfield, MA 01103
• 8 operatories designed for efficiency and comfort
• Digital charting and advanced diagnostic tools for seamless patient care

Your Part-Time Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 8AM–5PM

Your Role as a Dental Assistant

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, stress-free atmosphere
• Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
• Prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards
• Capture high-quality digital x-rays and support imaging needs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions
• Restock supplies, track inventory, and keep treatment areas organized
• Support front office coordination when needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant license or completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (required)
• DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience preferred (motivated candidates eager to grow are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
