RESPONSIBILITIES :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers abouut insurance optionsWork with the Agent to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesHandle client inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every dayQUALIFICATIONS :
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needsExcellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listeningStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with prospects and customersAbility to make presentations to potential customersAbility to execute a detailed business planAbility to explain complex financial issues in understandable termsMust be able to obtain Property & Casualty licenseMust be able to obtain Life and Health license.Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
