Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Do you enjoy working with children? Would you like to improve the lives of students through exceptional occupational therapy? If so, this may be the position for you!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA :

School-Based BCBA Responsibilities

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support student success

Provide direct and consultative support for students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs

Train and coach school staff on behavior strategies, data collection, and implementation of BIPs

Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data and team feedback

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and documentation

Support classroom environments through proactive behavior planning and crisis prevention

Maintain compliance with district, state, and ethical guidelines for behavior analysis
