Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Neurology Opportunity

St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates seeks to recruit an experienced full-time Advanced Practitioner to join our St. Peters Neurology inpatient team. St. Peters Hospital is a 400-bed community hospital in Albany, New York. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Neurology team at a Primary Stroke Center.

About the Program :

St. Peters Neurology offers comprehensive care for neurological conditions including stroke, epilepsy, back pain, brain tumors, dementia, neuropathies, and movement disorders, delivered through our inpatient and outpatient programs. St. Peters is a New York State designated Primary Stroke Center and is nationally recognized for outstanding stroke care.

Position Details :

• The Neurology APP will work directly with our neurologists in conducting both initial and follow-up neurology consults.
• The APP is also responsible, under the supervision of the attending physician, for diagnostic and therapeutic treatment throughout the patients hospital course.
• The APP has inpatient responsibilities and no outpatient or clinic patients.
• Monday- Friday position; No overnight or weekend call is required.
