Directly manage and develop a team of Client Success professionals to drive accountability and excellence

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Client Success or Account Management, with 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven success in leading client success operations within a SaaS or technology organization

Experience with AI-driven tools and customer success technologies

Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and operational best practices

Track record of building high-performance teams and delivering measurable outcomes
