AI Adoption Lead

A company is looking for an AI Adoption Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee non-technical aspects of the AI adoption lifecycle to ensure solutions provide measurable business value

Design and deliver training programs and resources to enhance AI literacy among employees

Collaborate with business units for workflow analysis and automation strategy, ensuring alignment with technology standards

Required Qualifications :

Strong background in agency marketing / communications

3+ years of hands-on experience with AI / ML technologies, especially generative AI models

Experience in developing and delivering technical training and enablement programs

Proven success in driving AI adoption or automation initiatives within communications or marketing teams

Experience managing projects involving change management and stakeholder engagement
