Philanthropy Lead Fundraiser
Function as the lead fundraiser and chief fundraising strategist for Philanthropy and is dedicated to developing and leading a comprehensive philanthropy program for the Palo Alto division in order to steadily increase the organization's net philanthropic revenue. This includes engaging with local and regional leaders as well as with local fundraisers within the Sutter Health System to identify funding priorities and develop and implement service metrics. This position will coordinate and guide an integrated philanthropic team to maximize fundraising opportunities in a collaborative and strategic fashion. Responsible for the full spectrum of the philanthropy program including donor acquisition, retention and stewardship functions, prospect research and management, communications, legal / compliance and budgets.
Education : Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's or equivalent education / experience.
Typical Experience : 12 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range : $85.74 to $137.19 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
