Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking a  BREAKFAST  LINE COOK  to join the back-of-house team of LEUCA .

Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ideal Candidates :

• Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
• Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
• Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
• Support their fellow cooks.
• Must be available for AM shift
