Warehouse Loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading / unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location : Norfolk, VA

Compensation : $20 / hr + 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule : Monday - Friday Start Time : 5 : 00 PM until workload is completed. Overtime may be required depending on business needs

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks, etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)
