Compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000, reflecting our commitment to attracting talent dedicated to our mission. What would you do as a Director of Nursing

As the Full-Time Director of Nursing at The Friendship Home, you will oversee the nursing staff and resident care, ensuring our commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of service. What we're looking for in a Director of Nursing

To be successful as the Full-Time Director of Nursing at The Friendship Home, candidates must possess a valid RN degree along with significant long-term care experience in a skilled nursing setting. Strong leadership skills are essential, enabling you to effectively oversee nursing staff and ensure optimal resident care. Proficiency in Point Click Care or similar software is highly beneficial, as it facilitates efficient documentation and communication across teams. Additionally, excellent interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with families, outside providers, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
