Job description

A company is looking for a Client Success Client Partner to deliver exceptional service to clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and manage financial health of client accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advocating for their needs and objectives

Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure high-quality execution of client projects and deliverables

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant industry qualifications

Fluent in marketing effectiveness and evidence-based marketing research principles

Minimum 6 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in account management or client success

At least two years of experience as the key account stakeholder

Agency experience and ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
