As a security officer - unarmed manufacturing patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as manufacturing and industrial, and more. As a patrol unarmed officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the business areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor for and report any suspicious activities, security-related hazards, or policy violations observed during patrols.

Assist employees, visitors, and / or contractors with directions and information as needed, while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal team members to support the overall security-related goals of the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

This position is primarily a driving post and is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
