PACE Director of Clinical Services

Full Time | MondayFriday, 8 : 00am4 : 30pm

Salary : $140,000$150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Requirements to Apply

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Masters in management or healthcare preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with frail or elderly populations in acute, long-term care, or community-based settings

At least 3 years of progressive management or nursing administration experience

Experience in home care, managed care, or long-term care strongly preferred

Full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced nurse leader passionate about elder care and PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). The Director of Clinical Services ensures 24 / 7 high-quality, person-centered clinical care for participants in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices. This key leadership role supports operational excellence, staff development, and quality outcomes within a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment.

Job Overview

The Director of Clinical Services oversees all aspects of clinical operations and care coordination for participants enrolled in a comprehensive senior care program. The role includes managing nursing services, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring efficient workflow, and fostering a culture of quality, compassion, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and ensure 24 / 7 high-quality, participant-centered clinical services

Supervise interdisciplinary teams and ensure timely assessments and care plans

Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management

Monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and participant satisfaction

Direct infection control and safety programs across all care settings

Maintain compliance with PACE and state / federal regulations

Collaborate with medical, operational, and administrative leaders to achieve program goals

Support budget planning, financial oversight, and resource allocation

Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on outcomes and service excellence
