Responsibilities Automotive Business Office Assistant :
Assist the Business Office with deal compliance, accounting schedules, and reconciliationsProcess and audit vehicle deals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and manufacturer standardsSupport month-end and year-end closing as neededPrepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation in ExcelCollaborate with accounting and sales departments to resolve discrepanciesProvide administrative support and maintain organized, up-to-date recordsUphold the companys high standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentialityRequirements / Qualifications Automotive Business Office Assistant :
Prior automotive business office or administrative experience requiredStrong knowledge of deal compliance, schedules, and general ledger functionsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacyExperience with CDK (ADP) and / or Advent preferredExceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-throughAbility to meet deadlines and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPositive, team-oriented attitudePlease upload your resume and complete the online assessment for priority consideration!Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current residentMust pass pre-employment testing, including MVR and drug screeningWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
