Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to online merchants through live chat, email, and occasional phone calls
Identify patterns in issues, recommend improvements, and escalate bugs to engineering as needed
Contribute to documentation development and collaborate with teammates to resolve issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with ticketing technology platforms (e.g., HelpScout, Zendesk)
2+ years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS company or similar
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Ability to work flexible shifts and remotely
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying trends
