Key Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategy for the Pre-Service experience and ensure corps members are prepared for immediate classroom impact
Oversee the design and execution of leadership development experiences throughout the corps member journey
Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering an inclusive and high-achieving culture
Required Qualifications
10 years of professional work experience, with at least 7 years in novice teacher training and development
Significant experience in Pre-Service roles, preferably on leadership teams
Budget management experience of $5+ million
Proven track record of achieving results through a standardized and contextualized approach
