Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN) – Verne E. Gibbs Health Center | Fort Peck Service Unit, Poplar, MT

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a passionate Infection Control Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team at the Verne E. Gibbs Health Center , part of the Fort Peck Service Unit in Poplar, Montana. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Employee Health Program and maintain comprehensive employee health profiles.
  • Develop, implement, and update infection prevention and control policies
  • Conduct facility tracers, evaluations, and corrective action plans related to infection control.
  • Provide staff education on infection control, safety, BLS, new equipment, and annual training.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.

    • Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program (NLNAC or CCNE).
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience ; infection control or employee health background preferred.
  • Licensure : Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
