Job Summary :

• Read electrical plans and lead 2 person crew for all electrical rough-in and trim tasks on custom residential electrical projects
• Experience installing and cabling Lutron lighting systems preferred (no programming or turn-up experience required)
• Performs New Construction, Residential Installation and Service Work
• Speak professionally with customers, contractors and co-workers.

Job Responsibilities :

Installs control and distribution equipment such as switches, lighting, and circuit-breaker panels.

Plan electrical materials needed for subject jobs on behalf of the company.

Direct and train electrical helper to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment

List of Common Tasks :

Outlet repair or replacement

GFCI receptacle installation

Circuit breaker repair or replacement

New wire and chandelier installation

Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems

Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers

Panel change-outs

Remodel and New Construction work

Lighting Installs

EV Chargers

Job Qualifications :

Experience : 5+ years of electrical experience (Journeyman Level Experience and education is preferred.)

Valid Driver's License (Needs to have a clean driving record to drive company vehicle).

Must pass criminal background check.

Tools Required : Basic hand tools, driver, hammer drill required.

Drug free workplace

Must be able to read, write, speak and interpret English

Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Ability to work alone or with a team

Safety conscience

Great communication skills

Physically able to perform demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit, moving or lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds

Maintain tools and equipment

Keep parts and supplies in order
