Senior Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately three project managers.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution : schedules, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.
• Manage negotiations, change orders, and resolve unforeseen challenges to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to align project goals and outcomes with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across project teams.
