Executive Resolution Specialist
Location : Warren, MI 48092
Work Schedule : On-site, Monday-Friday - normal business hours
Pay Rate : $25 / hour with 2 weeks PTO, 10 Paid Holidays and Medical Insurance, plus more!
Position Summary :
Our Tier 1 Automotive client is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Executive Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complex issues with professionalism, urgency, and care. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping people and a strong understanding of customer experience best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-touch customer service with a focus on empathy, de-escalation, and proactive resolution.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer concerns across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and advocate for timely, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Stay informed on company products, services, and industry trends, especially within the automotive sector.
- Utilize multiple platforms and systems to research and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Qualifications :
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on soft skills and de-escalation.Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in customer interactions.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.Passion for the automotive industry and familiarity with our clients' products.Proficiency with internet tools, social media platforms, and various operating systems.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent industry-related experience.Experience in customer service, retail, or sales.Familiarity with multi-channel customer service environments.Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts as needed.
