Vapor Armour is hiring a seasoned and strategic Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing operations across multiple out-of-town projects. In this full-time role, you'll supervise all field activity from pre-job setup through completion, ensuring productivity, safety, and top-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site operations for large-scale commercial roofing projects
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate foremen, field crews, and subcontractors
• Ensure roofing system installation (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, BUR) meets project specs and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct pre-job planning, crew allocation, and jobsite setup
• Monitor daily production and provide weekly reporting to project managers
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards through inspections and meetings
• Resolve jobsite issues to avoid delays and cost impacts
• Manage material and equipment logistics to keep projects on schedule
• Represent Vapor Armour professionally to clients, inspectors, and contractors
• Approve field documentation, timecards, and production reports
• Mentor foremen and promote career growth within your crews
