Someone who can focus on the end products specifications and standards with quality first article inspection experience. First Article Inspection, a comprehensive quality control process that verifies a newly manufactured part or assembly meets all design specifications before mass production begins. It involves a detailed inspection and testing of the first article (the first sample off the production line) against approved engineering drawings, materials, and requirements to ensure the manufacturing process is capable of consistently producing conforming products.

The Manufacturing Quality Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of products within a manufacturing environment. This position involves monitoring and inspecting various stages of the production process, conducting tests and measurements, identifying defects or deviations from quality standards, and collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions. The Manufacturing Quality Technician works closely with quality engineers and other stakeholders to uphold quality assurance practices and drive continuous improvement efforts.
