Job Details

Crisis Needs : 5 Weeks

No RTO

3x12s, 4x12s, or 36 / 48 alternating

Start Dates : 2 / 3 and 2 / 10 ONLY

No Scheduling Requests – this assignment must be their #1 job

Must have at least 1 year experience in a NICU Level 4 / Trauma 1 facility

Children's Hospital experience preferred

Position / Specialty : RRT

Start date : ASAP

Shift : 3x12, 4x12, or 36 / 48 alternating, nights

Disciplines REQ : Seeking strong pediatric ICU skill set; therapists who can jump in and work across at least two of the three ICUs including a Level IV NICU, Level I PICU, and / or the Cardiothoracic ICU

Years of experience REQ : 1 year of Trauma Level 1 experience / NICU level 4

First-timers accepted : Y

Weekend REQ : 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period. It will be 2 full weekends in a 4-week schedule block.

Job Requirements

California RCP License in hand

RRT national credential required; RRT-NPS preferred

1 year of Trauma Level 1 experience / NICU level 4

Experience with trachs and vents, suctioning, and oxygen

BLS (AHA)

PALS (AHA)

NRP (AHA) - Must be Advanced; Essential no longer accepted. Must have in hand or registered for an Advanced class in which they will have in hand prior to start date.

Schedule Information

Weekend shifts per contract : 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period

Night shift weekends are considered Fridays and Saturdays

Open to accommodating block schedule? N – no scheduling requests allowed
