Team members must be comfortable climbing ladders, entering and navigating attics (which may be tight or dusty), and occasionally assessing or accessing rooftops. The position requires regular lifting and carrying of equipment (including ladders), standing for extended periods, and working in elevated or confined spaces. This role may also involve extended driving between job sites or customer locations, so a valid driver’s license and comfort with local travel are required.
