• $2,000 Sign On Bonus!
• $30.80 - $33.30 / hour
• Shift differentials : +$1.25 / hr weekends | +$1 evenings | +$0.50 nights
• 32 hours Week 1 / 40 hours Week 2
• Every other weekend required Qualifications
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

• Provide leadership and supervision for Resident Assistants in assigned neighborhoods
• Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders
• Monitor residents, complete documentation, and support assessments, admissions, and discharges
• Ensure safety, infection control, and compliance with all state / federal regulations
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and leadership
• Support Fairmount's mission by creating a caring, respectful, and empathetic environment Physical & Emotional Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, crouching, and resident care tasks
