About the Role :
The Senior Project Manager will oversee cost estimates and general operations for various commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
This position offers relocation assistance, bonus eligibility, and includes a company phone and car.

Essential Functions :
- Prepare and manage project construction schedules.
- Act as the primary point-of-contact for project personnel.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule updates, and address client requests.
- Prepare and submit Requests for Information to clients.
- Review and monitor job costs against budgets.
- Submit regular progress reports and billing information.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for projects on time.
- Perform field evaluations for estimate preparation.
- Assist in change order preparation and submission.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the project team and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry code of conduct and ethical standards.
- Participate in site walk-downs to assess construction requirements.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
About You : Qualifications :
Over 10 years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry.A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a combination of education and experience may be considered.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
Strong understanding of project specifications, proposals, and documentation.Knowledgeable of the National Electrical Code and relevant local codes.Ability to interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software like Accubid.Ability to prepare construction schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage tasks effectively.What We Offer :
