Executive Director – Amnion Pregnancy Care Medical Center (Philadelphia, PA suburbs)

Amnion Pregnancy Care Medical Center is seeking a Christ-centered, mission-driven leader to guide their team into a new season of growth. For 40+ years, Amnion has provided free medical, counseling, and support services to women and families in the western Philadelphia suburbs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build trust with staff, board, donors, and church partners
• Grow household and church-based donor support
• Cast and implement vision to expand services
• Oversee finances, facilities, HR, and medical compliance
• Lead with humility, warmth, and biblical conviction
