This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet and assist customers in the lobby and drive-thru with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
• Maintain and balance your cash drawer daily within prescribed limits.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and Northpointe Bank products.
• Open, log, and process night depository contents under dual control.
• Assist with daily administrative functions, including mail processing and record retention.
• Follow all policies related to security, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with your team to support smooth branch operations and a positive customer experience.
