Job description

We are a Government and Commercial focused Specialty Contractor.

We are currently in need of an experienced Quality Manager for a project in Brunswick, GA .

This project is a ground up government building with the structural steel portion completed. The assignment is expected to run 6–8 months , with the potential for longer-term work in the Savannah, GA area.

What we offer :

  • $100k-$140k (open to discussion)
  • This is a contract role for the remainder of this project expected to last 6-8 months . For those interested in long-term employment with continued projects in the Savannah, GA area we are certainly open to discussion.

What you have to offer :

  • 8+ years combined experience on Commercial or Federal construction projects as a Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Construction Manager
  • 4+ years of experience as a QC Manager on Commercial Construction Projects
  • Completion of the “Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors”
  • Ground up construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of major construction trades—architectural finishes, concrete, utilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and more
  • Ability to step into a project already in process and see it through to completion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and documentation capabilities
  • Ability to pass a background screen granting access to Government job sites
  • Confidence to step in and hit the ground running
