While automotive experience is not necessary, experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests as they arrive, fulfilling their requests with a friendly attitude.
- Inform guests about current promotions and products, using the training you receive on Jiffy Lube services.
- Provide impartial recommendations based on each guest's needs and manufacturer guidelines.
- Keep guests informed throughout their visit about services and vehicle updates.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including oil and filter changes, fluid top-ups, and inspections of lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
- Encourage customer loyalty by ensuring quality workmanship, reviewing completed services, and suggesting return visits at recommended intervals.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Prior face-to-face customer service or sales experience is essential.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
- Capable of standing for prolonged periods.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach, crawl, and climb stairs.
- Must lift over 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in enclosed and/or semi-outdoor environments.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Qualifications:
- A valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong listening and analytical abilities to understand guest needs.
- Confidently address objections and resilient to rejection.
