Vice President, Customer Engagements
Unleash your potential : whether two years or twenty, discover rewarding journeys with us! The Vice President, Customer Engagements will provide leadership within the NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. Project Delivery Team. In this capacity, the Vice President, Customer Engagements is responsible for managing the successful project delivery, pre-sales support and customer satisfaction to NTT Data Business Solutions Inc. clients. The position is responsible for overseeing project management operations and personnel. Strong project and account management skills are required.
Duties and responsibilities include : account management and pre-sales support, project delivery, customer management, and team leadership.
Position requirements / qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, nine years ERP implementation experience (or a master's degree and eight years ERP experience), seven years ERP project management experience for cross functional SAP implementations across the entire application for multiple, full lifecycle implementations in various industries, five years experience in SAP project scoping, five years experience in SAP project estimating, and five years experience in SAP project planning. Experience across multiple industries and experience leading strategic workshops with clients are also required.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, project management training and certification, five to seven years of pre-sales experience, and special consideration for Propel / TPS graduates regarding experience level.
