What We Need :
- Family therapy experience (preferably in the home / community) and a love for working with children, teens, and parents.
- Familiarity with attachment and family systems theory.
- Knowledge of child development norms.
- Experience with screening, assessment, and diagnosis for children and youth.
- Ability to meet direct service expectations and to complete documentation within required timeframes.
- Ability to develop knowledge of community resources and make appropriate referrals.
- Valid driver’s license and agility to pass a Colorado MVR check.
- Experience in a specialty area listed below is a bonus!
- Play therapy, art therapy, TF-CBT, AF-CBT, Let’s Connect models, DBT or other EBP for children and their caregivers.
- Substance Use treatment for teens and adults.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
