Remote Travel Advisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Remote Travel Advisor to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others create unforgettable travel experiences. You will assist clients with trip planning and booking focusing on cruise vacations destinations and excursions all while working from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and recommend destinations travel packages and cruise itineraries that match client preferences.

Coordinate bookings for accommodations excursions and transportation.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure all travel arrangements meet expectations.

Maintain organized booking records and provide timely updates.

Offer ongoing assistance before during and after client trips.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications :

Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Experience in travel hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
