We provide non-emergencymedical transportation, shuttle services, valet parking, service excellence consulting and coaching, parking / garage management and welcome desk / concierge services.

We are seeking a Full Time Valet Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage our outstanding valet team at an area hospital. This position will be mostly mornings and afternoons, but as a supervisor, flexible scheduling is mandatory.

OFFERING : $17.00 per hour, M-F (hours of operation 6AM-6PM), full-time, medical / dental / optical benefits available after 60 days and PTO.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, energetic, and compassionate. They should be an outstanding communicator, have strong leadership skills and thrive in a team environment. Valet parking experience is preferred but not required. However, a background in guest service is strongly recommended. The ability to run, walk, and stand throughout the shift and in all types of weather is also essential. Must have a valid driver'slicense, a clean driving record and pass a background check and drug screen. Reliable transportation is also a must.

All valet team members are expected to :

  • Maintain a well kempt and professional appearance
  • Greet guests courteously.
  • Ensure customers are receiving timely service.
  • Assist customers in and out of their vehicle.
  • Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
  • Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.

The Valet Supervisor will work right alongside the valet team and carry out the above duties,along with but not limited to the following :

  • Work closely with client / facility management
  • Communicate effectively with the Corporate Office in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper staffing levels at all times
  • Washing windows
  • Directly oversee all day-to-dayactivities associated with opening, managing andclosing.
  • Ensures the facility and employees are operating in accordance with company policy
  • Responsible for resolving those guest concerns that are brought to his / her attention by the valet team.
  • Responsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by the Corporate Office.
