Location : Everett, WA

Schedule :  5 : 00 am - 1 : 30 pm

Pay Range : $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Our client is a global leader in aviation technology, and is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their fast-paced and innovative team.

In this critical role, you will ensure production and quality procedures are meticulously followed, maintaining the highest standards of precision and compliance for our customers. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will help drive excellence across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and cosmetic inspections on components and assemblies

Conduct first article inspections and verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications

Support new product introductions with detailed quality checks and documentation

Provide inspection services for incoming materials, returns, and in-process assemblies

Identify and document non-conformances , escalating major issues to leadership

Contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

Experience : Proven inspection experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment

Technical Competence : Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

Detail Orientation : Exceptional precision and accuracy in a fast-paced setting

Teamwork & Independence : Able to work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively

Communication : Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills

Quality Tools : Familiarity with 8D reporting , 5 Whys , and corrective action reports
