Locums - Primary Care Physician OpeningLocation : Eureka, California Assignment Details

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Duration : Ongoing

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Patients per day : 18 PPD (minimum expectation)

No call

Chart closure : Within 72 hours

EMR : Epic

Patient population : Mix of pediatrics and adults

Chronic Pain Management : Included

Licensure & Certification Requirements

Active California License - Required

DEA License - Must be active before start

Board Certified / Board Eligible - Required

BE accepted if within 5 years of residency completion

BLS - Required

Will consider : Family Medicine only

DOs accepted
