divh2Sourcing Analyst / h2pSummary : / ppThe Sourcing Analyst is responsible for the design, development and presentation of detailed analysis to support critical sourcing activities and special projects. This includes development of tools and templates to streamline sourcing initiatives. The incumbent will consult, suggest solutions, and implement reporting processes to support the goals of the Sourcing Department. The Sourcing Analyst will also manage the Vendor Management System (VMS), produce reports and support the procurement buying activities. / ppEssential Accountabilities : / pulliReporting ulliDevelop, own and manage analytical tools and perform complex analyses supporting sourcing activities and organizational initiatives / liliProvide subject matter expertise to sourcing managers in support of sourcing data analysis / liliPerform research and structured analyses for complex, unique requests for information / requests for quote in an effort to fulfill business owner requirements / liliBuild, own and manage sourcing templates and process flow templates, manage template and toolkits on an ongoing basis / li / ul / liliVendor Management System Owner : ulliMaintain vendor contract management system including configuration, testing and change management / liliCreate non-disclosure and business associate agreements upon request and manage the review and approval process / liliCreate and manage agreement records including contract dates (effective, termination, renewal, etc.) / liliManage VMS reporting / liliTrain others on vendor management system / li / ul / liliClarity administrator : manage time reporting process; create and manage reports (if / when applicable) / liliMaintain audit readiness; develop and manage process for peer reviews and own / manage Model Audit Review (MAR) roles and responsibilities / liliCreate and manage financial reports / liliManage Experian credit reports / liliSupport procurement buyer (provide backup assistance for requisitions, purchase orders, inventory, ordering of goods / products, etc.) / liliThe employee agrees to comply with CDPHPs Corporate Compliance Policy, and all laws, rules, regulations and standards of conduct relating to the Corporate Compliance Policy and has a duty and obligation to report any suspected violations of any law, the standards of conduct or Corporate Compliance Policy to his or her immediate Supervisor, the fraud and abuse hotline, the Compliance Officer, the Compliance Director, Human Capital Management or the Chief Executive Officer. / liliPerforms other duties as assigned / li / ulpMinimum Qualifications : / ppTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
