Resident General Manager

Overview

Restaurant Associates is seeking a dynamic Resident General Manager to lead a premier corporate dining account with an annual volume of $35 million, featuring multiple cafés, micro markets, and high-end catering and events. As the senior on-site leader, you’ll oversee all aspects of dining operations, culinary, service, finance, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-unit team across cafés, markets, and catering programs.
• Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships, serving as the on-site point of contact and strategic business partner.
• Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand standards.
• Oversee menu innovation, service enhancements, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver elevated experiences for everyday dining and special events.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base pay range : $135,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr. Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus.
