Responsible for timely completion of monthly close process : revenue allocation, accruals, journal entries, and reconciliation of all bank and other balance sheet accounts; overall maintenance of the general ledgerMonthly reconciliation of lockbox cash deposits to patient postings in practice management softwarePrepare monthly financial statements for multiple divisionsReview weekly check run for appropriate GL codingData entry and reconciliations for multiple holding companies and related entitiesMaintain debt and lease schedulesResponsible for maintenance of fixed asset records and preparation of annual business personal property tax informationGather information and generate reports required to support annual tax return preparationMaintain financial security by adhering to internal controlsProvide support to central supply, payroll and accounts payable functionsAssist in supportive projects or analyses as neededKnowledge & Skill Requirements
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formula-driven spreadsheets, vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)Solid understanding of accounting principlesPOSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMinimum of three (3) years of relevant accounting experiencePreferred (in addition to required) qualifications
Experienced in Sage IntacctExperienced in Quickbooks Online
