Service Writer Advisor

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the telephone.

Schedule phone appointments and walking appointments. Multitask

Keep Customers updated on the status of their vehicle, trailer, and/or boat while in various stages from inspection/estimate to repairs and upon completion.

Understanding and promoting sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories associated service requirements.

Recommend services according to company and technician recommendations. Clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Service Technician to the customer so that they can make an informed decision. Properly document all recommendations in customer file.
