HW Staffing’s client is seeking a skilled and motivated Service / Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on our innovative products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional technical support to customers and resellers via phone, email, and other channels.
Perform repairs, refurbishments, upgrades, and other technical services on company and customer equipment.
Conduct comprehensive testing of internal and external equipment, software, and firmware.
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
