Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Senior Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of tax experience, including high-net-worth individuals, corporate and partnerships. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent client service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trust & estate and other entities.
Conduct tax research and provide technical support on various tax issues.
Assist with tax planning and advisory services for clients.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Mentor and train junior staff members.
Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

CPA certification or progress towards certification preferred.

Minimum of 2 1 / 2 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.

Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with tax software and technology.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Working Conditions

Heavy sitting for extended periods in front of a computer

Overnight travel may be necessary

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Salar Range : $90,000 - $115,000 + Bonus program
