Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Amenities West to lead Food Services, Shuttles & Parking in the West Region. This position can be located at any of the following sites : El Segundo, CA; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ or Renton, WA.
The Senior Manager operates at the strategic intersection of facility operations, hospitality and employee experience, with a strong emphasis on financial stewardship and leadership. This role is responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering high-quality services and programs across the West Region, including enterprise food services, employee parking, and shuttle programs.
The selected candidate will be accountable for fostering a positive and engaging workplace by effectively managing GREF amenities, cultivating vendor partnerships, and promoting team development, all while ensuring cost efficiency and service excellence.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range : $136,850 $197,800
