Key Responsibilities :
Assist providers with patient exams and proceduresGather patient history and document accuratelyDraw labs and perform special procedures as requestedProvide patient education and counselingObtain medical records from outside providersDeliver professional nursing care under provider and clinic manager supervisionSupport and oversee RN, LPN, and Medical Assistants (excluding RN Care Managers)Ensure compliance with internal and external quality indicatorsConduct performance evaluations, training plans, and supervision recordsInterview, hire, and train new personnel; support supervisory staff in hiring processesCoordinate departmental workflow and ensure deadlines are metFacilitate open communication through staff meetings and regular interactionRespond to feedback and develop action plans to improve departmental performanceChampion change and manage implementation of new initiativesCollaborate with team members to advance the organization's missionPerform other duties as assigned by the VP of Integrated Health ServicesEducation and Experience Qualifications :
Registered Nurse Path :
Graduate of an accredited nursing programLicensed RN in MissouriTwo years of experience in a physician office setting preferredLicensed Practical Nurse Path :
Graduate of an accredited LPN programLicensed LPN in MissouriThree years of experience in a physician office setting preferredAdditional Requirements :
Willingness to obtain licensure in additional statesComfortable providing telehealth servicesAdditional Qualifications :
