Paralegal – Personal Injury (Plaintiff) – Onsite in Woodland Hills

Direct Counsel is seeking a Paralegal to join a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm based in Woodland Hills, CA . This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive benefits. The firm also handles lemon law cases, providing a diverse range of legal experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with case management from intake through settlement or trial.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Manage calendaring and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
• Organize and maintain case files and legal correspondence
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and deposition summaries.
