Position : Director of Aviation Standardization and Training

Location : Potential for Remote, with 50% travel to HQ in Lewisville, TX and the field.

Annual Salary Range :  $175000 - $185,000

Global Medical Response is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Aviation Standardization and Training , to lead and oversee all aspects of flight crew training for our Part 135 aviation medevac operations. This role ensures the development, implementation, and compliance of training programs that meet FAA regulations and company standards, supporting our mission to provide care to the world at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve training programs for pilots, flight paramedics, and flight nurses under Part 135.
• Manages, prepares, and maintains proficiency records, pilot files, reports, and correspondence pertaining to ground and flight training records of aviation personnel.
• Manages the evaluation, development, and performance of the following training programs as appropriate :

Basic aviation indoctrination training
