Required Experience: 2–4 Years in Craft Cocktail or High-Volume Environments
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our beverage team. Our bar is more than just a place to get a drink; it is a destination for guests seeking a curated experience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail ratios, and wine, but more importantly, understands the ability to manage a high-volume rail while maintaining a warm, hospitable environment for guests dining at the bar top.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Excellence: Prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails, wine, and beer in accordance with our house recipes and standards.
Bar Service: Provide full-service dining to guests seated at the bar, including food recommendations and coursing out meals.
Service Well Management: Efficiently execute drink orders for the entire dining room, prioritizing "tickets" to ensure the floor service is never delayed.
Prep & Inventory: Assist with house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes. Perform daily inventory counts and restock bottles and kegs as needed.
Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all local liquor laws, ensuring all guests are of legal age and monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure a safe environment.
Skills & Requirements
Mixology: Mastery of classic cocktail recipes (Negroni, Old Fashioned, Martini, etc.) and proper technique (shaking, stirring, and double-straining).
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of flavor profiles across various spirit categories, craft beer styles, and global wine regions.
Hospitality: The ability to multitask—balancing drink prep, guest conversation, and financial transactions without breaking character.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems (Toast/Aloha) and the ability to manage a complex cash drawer.
Certifications: Mandatory Alcohol Service Certification (TIPS, LEAD, or ServSafe Alcohol) and a valid Food Handler’s Card.
